Think of the library as the Windows folder: It has access to all your texts. All your writing is here, all the time. While groups keep your writing organized, project- or subject wise. You can break them into sub-groups and sub-sub-groups, just the way you like it.
Here are two of the features that help to boost your productivity:
Export
You can export all sheets in the same group into a single file with the same format. PDF, DOCX and HTML are just some of the formats that Inspire support. You can also publish the entire group to WordPress or Medium directly from within the app.
Password protection
If you don’t want others to have full access to your work, go ahead and add a password for your group:
Right-click the group, and click “Lock…“, then add your password, and you’re good to go!
Kindly be noted that we don’t have your password and we can’t help you reset it. So it’s important that you never lose your password.
More features
You can also find the following supported actions when right-click a group:
- Add a new group
- Edit the current group’s info
- Duplicate the current group
- Delete the current group. (You can always restore it from the Trash folder.)
